Lynda is a mother, grandmother, wife, counsellor, coach, and businesswoman who is passionate about empowering her clients to create meaningful and positive change in their personal and professional lives. She takes time to listen to her client’s unique story and offers insights and practical tools to help navigate life with resilience, clarity and purpose. 


A session with Lynda feels natural, conversational, and purposeful. As a compassionate, authentic and intuitive practitioner, she takes a person-centred and integrative approach that supports both personal growth and professional development. Her work blends counselling and coaching principles to help clients gain awareness, set achievable goals, and move confidently toward lasting change. Lynda draws on a range of therapeutic and coaching modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Expressive Therapy, and Mindfulness and evidence-based coaching techniques.


Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, respected and encouraged. Whether you are seeking counselling, coaching or a blend of both, Lynda will work with you to build confidence, harness your strengths and create a life with greater balance and purpose.
